MALTESER TIFFIN TRAYBAKE

Ingredients
300 g plain chocolate
125g butter
3 tbsp golden syrup
130g crushed digestive biscuits
150g Maltesers (partially crushed)

Cooking method
Melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup together in a bowl in a saucepan of hot water.
Add the crushed digestive biscuits.
Add half of the crushed maltesers.
Mix together.
Place in a square baking tray (preferably a silicone tray as it does not need to be greased)
Sprinkle the remaining Maltesers on top and add a touch of gold edible glitter to finish it off!
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
